Tiffany Consalvo is a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM). She began her career in the veterinary profession in 2000 at a small companion animal hospital in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Tiffany attended Purdue University and earned her B.S. in Animal Science in 2006. Upon graduation, she accepted her first practice management position at Paw Prints Animal Hospital (PPAH) in Lafayette, Indiana. Through her leadership style of coaching and mentoring others, she developed a management structure at PPAH that allowed her to manage the practice after relocating to Pennsylvania remotely. Tiffany became the Practice Manager of Gilbertsville Veterinary Hospital in 2011 and has formed a highly successful owner-manager relationship. She excels at financial management, creating highly effective teams, and utilizing media platforms to enhance the hospital’s productivity.
Tiffany became a member of the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA) in 2006 and has held positions on the program and the VHMA Board. Currently, Tiffany is serving on the Education and Program Advisory Board. She enjoys participating in the CVPM question writing sessions and has also participated as a mentor to other VHMA members through their mentor program. Tiffany is a member of the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). After relocating to Pennsylvania in 2007, Tiffany founded P.A. Vet Managers to start a support forum for area managers. This group is now working with the Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association (PVMA) to form a statewide veterinary management group. Tiffany was nominated for the 2017 Practice Manager of the Year through DVM 360 and the VHMA. She received the 2017 Practice Manager of the Year Award through the Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association. In 2018 Tiffany became a Director on the VHMA Board. Tiffany’s dedication to the veterinary industry and passion for management has led to features in articles by AAHA Trends and FirstLine magazines.
She has developed a good relationship with the Patterson University team and has been an active speaker for them since 2021. Tiffany has continued to assist Patterson University with blog articles and online education courses.
Tiffany is DiSC certified and passionate about bringing awareness to veterinary teams about how we communicate with others. She has seen the benefits of this with her team at Gilbertsville Veterinary Hospital.

Molly entered the veterinary field through her love for pampering pets with nothing but the best. After adopting two Yorkies in 2003, she immediately realized their need for cozy apparel to keep them warm in the frigid Cleveland winters. In 2004, from this need, she created her luxury pet pampering boutique, D.O.G. Apparel. Her business grew, and she was invited to open a second and larger boutique inside Cleveland’s premier boarding facility, Paws by the Lake Resort, owned by the Avon Lake Animal Clinic. After a few years, the Avon Lake Animal Clinic purchased her boutique and brought her on as their Practice Manager. Molly currently holds the role of Hospital Administrator and is also a Partner in the practice.
Molly graduated from the University of East London with a Masters of Science in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MAPPCP), in February of 2022. She earned her undergraduate degree in May of 2002 at Bowling Green State University, she obtained a BSBA with a dual major in Marketing and Public & Institutional Administration. She became a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional in 2017 after seeing the industry’s challenges. Her love for learning took her on the journey to earn the SHRM-CP, a Society of Human Resources Certified Professional designation, in 2018. She was a top 10 finalist for 2017 Practice Manager of the Year and earned her CVPM in 2018.Molly enjoys spending time with her dogs, reading, and trying out new restaurants in the ever-expanding Cleveland food scene in her free time!
Susie Crockett began her veterinary career as a receptionist in 1999 for a two-facility practice while attending Purdue University. Susie was then trained to take over Office Manager duties at the satellite location for the practice, eventually becoming the Practice Manager for Paw Prints Animal Hospital, an independent AAHA Accredited veterinary practice with full-service boarding and grooming. Susie graduated from Purdue University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Communication. She had a passion for Human Resources, particularly hiring and staff development.
After relocating to Indianapolis, Susie became the Practice Manager at Eagle Creek Animal Clinic. She quickly became active in the Veterinary Management Association of Indiana (VMAI). Susie became a board member of the VMAI, holding positions as Vice President in 2011 and President in 2012.
In 2014, Susie took on the position of Human Resource Director at IndyVet Emergency and Specialty Hospital, a 24-hour emergency, and referral practice with a team of over 60 members. She also helped oversee their associated general practice, 30th Street Animal Hospital.
Susie now works with Noah’s Animal Hospitals. She began as a Practice Manager for two of their general practices and one emergency and specialty center. She is currently the Director of Practice Management for the entire company, overseeing the management and leadership of 9 hospitals, representing general practice, emergency, specialty, and low-cost models.
Susie joined the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA) in 2008. She earned her CVPM designation in 2009. She served on the Membership Committee and was a member of the 2013 Special Education Task Force. Susie has been a member of the CVPM Board since 2011 and is the Chair of the DEI Committee.
Susie finds staff development, team involvement, and practice cultures are her favorite areas of Veterinary Management. When she is not working, she keeps up with her active children and their dog, Bradley.
